My name’s Alli.
I believe the future will be shaped by the quality of the decisions we make today. That’s why I write and work at the intersection of strategy, sustainability, and AI.
If you’re thinking about how to use AI meaningfully in your organization, how to advance sustainability in a practical way, or how to align the two, you’re in the right place. I share frameworks, guidelines, principles and thoughts on:
How people can use AI in their companies
All things sustainability and the environment
How AI can be responsibly used to enable companies to be more sustainable
I’m a former engineer, with an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge and more than 15 years of experience in engineering, infrastructure and enterprise transformation. Like many women in the UK, I left the industry in my 30s, frustrated by archaic attitudes and slow technological progress.
Now I focus on turning ambition into action in a way that is practical, responsible, and future-fit, enabling more people (and companies) than a traditional, single track 9 - 5.
For me, it’s about creating alignment, building momentum, and making choices that hold up over time. That means ensuring AI, data, and digital decisions support climate and ESG goals, rather than undermine them.
Whether the challenge is reimagining an operating model, scaling sustainability initiatives, embedding digital and data initiatives, or navigating complex stakeholder priorities, I share clarity and to help move things forward.
Ultimately, this is a space for the people who want to build what comes next, thoughtfully, not just quickly.
Outside of work, I like to travel, play guitar (badly), and skateboard.
Let’s go!
